2.10. Unable to view image in Java Viewer - Can Not Open Document
Symptoms:
The user is getting an error message that says "CAN NOT OPEN DOCUMENT http://x.x.x.x.x...." when the Image Viewer loads. When they click "OK", the image does not display.
Causes:
This error can occur if the Singularity server is set to use a DNS name, like http://imaging.hershey.com, instead of an IP address (such as 10.10.0.0.) but the user is accessing Singularity by going to the IP address.
Resolution:
Ensure that the user is going in through the same URL that Singularity was configured with. If contacting Hershey Technical Support, include screenshot and the URL being accessed.
