HomeImport ModuleApp is always running

App is always running


Whenever I remote into my Singlarity Archive server, and want to run the import module, I get an error message stating that the application is already running. I know you have to stop it first then close it. Which I do. The last time I used the import module was 4 weeks ago. I just don't know why it is running. Another issue is that the icon does not show up on my system tray. The server person gets it, but I don't. It would make it a lot easier if the icon showed on my desktop.

Since the Import Module does not run as a service, it only appears in the profile of the user that is logged in when it is started. The icon also only shows up in the system tray of the user that started the import module. The easiest way to deal with this is to start the Import Module using an Administrative or generic profile, then whoever needs to see the Import Module can log in and see it. Creating a profile on the server that can be shared for this purpose is a good idea (i.e. hersheyimport or something similar). Please feel free to contact us should you have any other questions.
